Since it is pureed it doesn't matter if it is a bit tough. It is just green slurry when done.<br /><br />Maggie, not sure. I guess it depends upon how big the scape is. I have some that are really big and some that are tiny. If you don't have a scale just toss a small handful in and taste. If it isn't garlicy enough add more.<br /><br />prue, I hope you are growing hardnecks since they are usually the ones that give scapes.
