The canning is even more. I haven't done much canning yet. I need to get those cucumbers and tomatoes ramped up.

Toni, thanks. I had a really great time.

Amanda, I did. The garden on the other hand just kept growing. Except my eggplants they seem to have had a few issues :<

our friend Ben, I did and I must say, they have such good food there.

Michelle, I worried so much about leaving the garden. I had no one taking care of it but it seemed to have lived through it. Even my makeshift irrigation system.

Emily, I did thanks.

Dan, I came home to even more sungolds. I keep meaning to do a taste test, but every week it changes. I can't figure out why the taste is changing so much from day to day.

theconservativegardener, No it isn't a pain to weigh them. I keep the scale on the counter in my kitchen. They get weighed as soon as they are trimmed up. However it is a pain to remember to weigh them. I also tend to eat cherry tomatoes right from the plant and they don't make it into the tally.

GrafixMuse, I've been really happy with the nice sunny weather we have finally been getting. It really makes those tomatoes sweeter.

Ribbit, thanks. We have such different seasons. I'm just starting to get my summer crops and you are thinking about your fall harvests.

Miss M, thanks, it was quite a fun vacation.

thedroolingvegetable, I'm making salsa ;> lol yup that is what people do with them. You can make sauces with them too, but I haven't done it.

keewee, your cabbage looked so good too. I love the weirdly shaped ones.Daphne Gouldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17305049560953735881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3698134075709295915.post-51325779875140456072009-08-11T12:17:12.865-04:002009-08-11T12:17:12.865-04:00Lovely.
