L...I'm glad you survived the drive to Wilsons! Let us know how you like the roasted tomato sauce. FYI< I roast my tomatoes at 400°F until they look and smell done ( a little browned). Then through the tomato strainer. If I'm sure I'll be freezing the sauce, I'll add onion, garlic while roasting, sometimes a carrot or 2.
